Having a growth or flexible mindset can be very useful when navigating the ups and downs of university life.Ìý Whether you just started living on your own, have exams coming up, writing a thesis, are about to graduate and head to the life out there or are having trouble managing symptoms of mental health. In all cases, Happy Hacks is here to help you swim through adversity. During this workshop, we will cover the basic framework of positive psychology and explore practical tools to cultivate a positive mindset on a daily basis. In the end, we hope you will feel more confident facing challenging times.
