The range of topics was broad: an idea for virtual hot-pots, the possibilities of space travel using lasers, the benefits of weightlifting, to name only a few. For entrepreneurs, making a successful business pitch is a core skill. The project is being partially funded by a Collaborative Research and Development grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
