 series\,  offering five three-hour lectures on  themes rooted at the very 
 heart of contemporary legal issues. This  year’s series features five stim
 ulating lectures focused on recent  developments in Canadian courts and co
 vering a wide range of topics.  The lectures\, accredited by the Barreau a
 nd the Chambre des notaires  du Québec\, are offered in the evenings\, 6 –
  9 p.m.\, by professors and  prominent graduates of the Faculty. Most of t
 he lectures are bilingual\,  with parts in French and others in English.
