Applications must be submitted before December 31, 2025, at midnight. A completed application should include the following elements:
- A completed or revised expert profile (for academic staff).
- A short, plain-language summary (maximum of 3 sentences) explaining the goals and positive impact of the work.
- A list of media and public engagement highlights (maximum of one page).
- Up to 3 high-resolution images - can include experience shots of group activities, and/or images of the individuals engaged in the outreach. Images should include photo captions/ID (who, what where). Images can be horizontal or vertical or both.Â
- A Q&A (total of 500 words – see questions here).
- Letter(s) of support – submitted by their writers.
